Zombie hunting pro's?

Alright these guys are clearly amateurs. Don’t they realize that fire is very dangerous and really should only be used to destroy piles of already eliminated zombies? The picture is also very questionable as to its effectiveness at killing zombies. Did they lure the zombies into the car and then ignite it? Which of course is clearly such a complicated way of combating the undead. These guys would be more of a liability than an ally in the event of a zombie attack.

Fire is a terrible weapon when combating the undead, assuming the situation isn't controlled, what do you get when you light a zombie on fire, A ZOMBIE THATS ON FIRE!!! All you have accomplished is exponentially more dangerous (at least until the fire destroys its brain and it dies). Unless you plan on leaving the area immediately, and are combating a veritable horde of the undead, fire is a terrible idea. I to would like information on this "brotherhood of life"

This is a photo of an outbreak scene, not of an attempt to cleanse human reanimation.

My colleague Mr. Knight is being entirely too diplomatic. Instead of "blogging" about the misinterpretations of the photographs on our site, why don't you join in the "good fight."

If memory serves, the Brotherhood of Life was reputed to be a Japanese secret society for hunting the undead in which initiates are subjected to a final test of spending a night in a hall of severed zombie heads to see if they can withstand the mental pressures.

And fire is proscribed only to destroy infested structures too dangerous to search or burn away cover such as field crops during search and destroy missions. Never for a defensive scenario, except for disposal, but it does have its uses.

The Brotherhood of Life is very careful with its secrets. It is a insular clannish order that in all likelyhood died out last century. Stick with what you know. Small caliber rifles (high muzzle velocity) moderate caliber accurate reliable handguns(sig p220 9mm) and battle forged(bimetal, titanium or folded)hand weapons. Focus on survival gear as much as weapons, buy a boyscout handbook for basic survival info and shopping lists, medical kit. Bicycle. Be smart, be minimalist, use innovation and common sense. Near mythical japanese orders are romantic, but not very helpful when a half rotted neighbor is shambling his way through your front door.

the brotherhood of life is a dubious at least. The odds of an ancient zombie hunting society is highly unlikely, as are the existence of zombies in itself. The supposed instances of a zombie outbreak that would not have any substantial proof after so many recorded "instances". another thing if they had so many decapitated heads, wouldn't some have survived in the modern world? really people think about it.

Do not question our existence. When there is a outbreak, we will be there.
